The Yerba Mate Barão Moída Grossa, receives this name because of its coarser grinding, after its drying the herb is ground in a mill, which gives the yerba mate leaf a greater granulometry. It is produced with a special blend that values the quality of herbs grown in the Barão de Cotegipe region. Its drying is carried out in a rotary dryer, making the yerba mate more intense, with a slightly toasted and more bitter flavor.
Indicated for those who prefer a very traditionalist chimarrão root.
