Dr. Oetker Coconut Cake Mix 400g
Quick and practical to prepare—perfect for a busy day! Our Traditional Cake Mix line features an exclusive recipe made only with familiar ingredients that make the cake soft, fluffy, and taste just like homemade.
Preparation Instructions:
- You will need: 3 eggs, 100 g of unsalted margarine (5 tablespoons at room temperature), and 100 ml of whole milk (1/2 cup).
- Preheat the oven to 180°C–210°C (356°F–410°F) for 10 minutes.
- Choose a baking pan (22 cm round with a center hole, 24 cm round, or 22 x 33 cm rectangular), grease with margarine or butter, and dust with wheat flour. Mix the contents of this package with all the ingredients. Beat with a mixer on high speed for 4 minutes or by hand for 6 minutes, until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter.
- Pour the batter into the pan, place it in the oven, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Tip: To check if the cake is ready, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out dry, the cake is done. Do not open the oven before 30 minutes of baking.
- Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool for 15 minutes, unmold, and serve.
