Barão Export Yerba Mate
Barão Export Yerba Mate is named after its Uruguayan-style standard. It is produced with a blend of native and cultivated yerba mate plants, and its drying process is carried out in a rotary dryer. The grinding is done in a mill, giving the yerba mate leaves a coarser granulometry. Afterward, the yerba mate is aged for a period of 8–12 months for maturation. Due to this process, Barão Export Yerba Mate has a more intense flavor and bitterness.
Recommended for those looking for a distinctive mate with an intense flavor.
