Description:
MAGGI® Onion Soup Mix has a more intense aroma and flavor, providing better yield. The product is made with pieces of toasted onion, which give it a unique and distinctive taste.
Directions for Use:
For soup: Mix 70 g of MAGGI® Onion Soup Mix into 1 liter of cold water and stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for 8 minutes. Yields 1 liter.
As a Seasoning and Binding Agent: Use 90 g (3 heaping tablespoons) of the product for every 1 kg of ground meat to prepare burgers, koftas, meatballs, meatloaf, etc. You can vary your menu using other types of meat such as poultry, fish, etc.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, starch, onion (13%), salt, palm olein, potassium chloride, sugar, black pepper, flavor enhancers monosodium glutamate and disodium inosinate, flavoring, acidulant citric acid, and caramel coloring.
