Toasted Mate Tea
Cultivated yerba mate produced using the traditional process, with a characteristic coarser grind. The product undergoes roasting, which gives it the typical toasted flavor and aroma. The light roast emphasizes acidity and aroma, with a smooth taste. The medium roast strikes a balance between acidity, aroma, and bitterness. Finally, the dark roast creates a more acidic, more bitter, and less full-bodied tea.
PREPARATION SUGGESTION:
This product can be consumed as tea or juice using tea infusers, coffee makers, French presses, or Pressca.
Hot: In a teapot, add 1 liter of water and 3 tablespoons of Barão Toasted Mate Tea. Bring it to a boil, then let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes until the color and aroma are suitable. Strain and serve hot. It can be served with milk.
