Yoki Cheese Bread Mix – 250g
Preparation Instructions:
Pour the contents of the package into a medium-sized bowl. Add 1/2 cup (100ml) of cold water and 2 medium eggs (100g).
Mix well until all the liquid is absorbed. Knead the dough for about 3 minutes or until it becomes smooth and uniform.
Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray, leaving space between them to prevent sticking.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes. Bake the cheese breads at the same temperature for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown. The more you knead, the better the dough will rise. If preferred, use a stand mixer. Add the mix, eggs, and water, start on low speed, and gradually increase as the liquid is absorbed. Total mixing time: 3 minutes.
Important:
– Do not bake in a microwave oven.
– Shape the balls immediately after kneading.
– To freeze: shape the cheese breads as directed, place them on a tray, and freeze at -18°C. They will keep for approximately 30 days.
