Dr. Oetker Creamy Cassava Cake Mix 400g
Our Creamy Cakes are perfect for those looking for something different and delicious. With just a few additional ingredients and an easy, quick preparation method, you won’t have to wait long to enjoy this flavorful cake with a creamy, moist texture.
Preparation Instructions:
- You will need: 1 egg, 60g of unsalted margarine (3 tablespoons at room temperature), and 400ml of whole milk (2 cups).
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C – 210 °C (356 °F – 410 °F) for 10 minutes.
Choose a baking pan (24 cm round or 20 x 30 cm rectangular), grease it with margarine or butter, and lightly flour it. - Mix the contents of the package with the margarine and the egg using a spoon for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the milk and mix well. The batter will have a liquid consistency. Do not use an electric mixer.
- Pour the batter into the pan, place it in the oven, and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. The cake is done when the surface is golden. Do not open the oven before 30 minutes of baking.
- Remove from the oven and serve.

Sugar, wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, powdered dehydrated cassava, chemical leavening agents: disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate, flavorings, and annatto coloring.
