Dr. Oetker Creamy Corn Cake Mix 400g
A creamy, moist texture like nothing you’ve ever tasted! Our creamy cakes are easy to prepare and ready in just minutes!
Preparation instructions:
- You will need: 2 eggs, 20g of unsalted margarine (1 tablespoon at room temperature), and 300ml of whole milk (1½ cups).
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C – 210 °C (356 °F – 410 °F) for 10 minutes. Choose a baking pan (24 cm round or 20 x 30 cm rectangular), grease it with margarine or butter, and lightly flour it.
- Mix the contents of the package with the margarine and eggs using a spoon until smooth. Add the milk and mix gently, without beating, for 1 minute. The batter will be very liquid. Do not use an electric mixer.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, place it in the oven, and bake for approximately 30 minutes. The cake is ready when the surface is golden. Do not open the oven before 30 minutes of baking.
- Remove the cake from the oven and serve.
Ingredients:
Sugar, corn flour enriched with iron and folic acid (Bacillus thuringiensis and/or Streptomyces viridochromogenes), corn starch (Bacillus thuringiensis and/or Streptomyces viridochromogenes and/or Agrobacterium tumefaciens and/or Zea mays and/or Sphingobium herbicidovorans and/or Dicossoma sp), chemical leavening agents: disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate, and flavoring.
