Dr. Oetker Creamy Coconut Cake Mix 400g
Creamy and moist texture unlike anything you’ve ever tasted! Our creamy cakes are easy to prepare and ready in minutes!
Preparation method:
- You will need: 1 egg, 60 g unsalted margarine (3 tablespoons at room temperature), and 400 ml whole milk (2 cups).
- Before starting, preheat the oven to between 180 °C and 210 °C for 10 minutes.
- Choose a 24 cm round pan or a 20 cm rectangular pan, grease with margarine or butter, and dust with wheat flour.
- Mix the package contents with the margarine, stirring with a spoon until you get a crumbly texture.
- Add the egg and milk, and gently mix without beating for 1 minute.
- The batter will have a liquid consistency. Do not use a mixer.
- Pour the batter into the pan, place it in the oven, and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- The cake will be baked when the surface is golden. Do not open the oven before 30 minutes of baking.
- Remove the cake from the oven and serve.
Ingredients:
Sugar, wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, corn starch (Bacillus thuringiensis and/or Streptomyces viridochromogenes and/or Agrobacterium tumefaciens and/or Zea mays and/or Sphingobium herbicidovorans and/or Dicossoma sp.), chemical leavening agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate, and flavorings.
