Preparation Instructions:

• You will need: 3 eggs, 100g of unsalted margarine (5 tablespoons at room temperature), and 100ml of whole milk (1/2 cup).
• Preheat the oven to 180°C–210°C (356°F–410°F) for 10 minutes.
  Choose a baking pan (22 cm ring pan, 24 cm round pan, or 22 x 33 cm rectangular pan), grease with margarine or butter, and dust with wheat flour.
• Mix the contents of the package with all the ingredients.
  Beat with a mixer on high speed for 4 minutes or by hand for 6 minutes, until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter.
• Pour the batter into the pan, place it in the oven, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Tip: To check if the cake is ready, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out dry, the cake is done. Do not open the oven before 30 minutes of baking.
• Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool for 15 minutes, remove from the pan, and serve.

Wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, sugar, chemical leavening agents: sodium aluminum phosphate and sodium bicarbonate, and flavoring.
